  • Agencies: Authorised persons providing real estate advertisements on the Website.
  • Buyer: A potential buyer/renter of real estate listed on the Website as an advertisement.
  • Content: All items posted on the Website, including design elements, text, graphic images, illustrations, videos, scripts, programs, sounds, and other items and their collections.

2. YOUR OBLIGATIONS

You must be at least 18 years old to contact Agencies through our Website and ensure that the data you provide is accurate.

Real estate advertisements on our Website are submitted by third-party Agencies, who are responsible for the accuracy of the information related to the properties they list and for handling inquiries. Potential Buyers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the property descriptions displayed, and it is the responsibility of the Agencies to ensure that the property descriptions presented on our Website are accurate and complete. We post real estate information in good faith on behalf of the Agencies and do not verify it. The real estate advertisement pages on our Website do not contain property details, and they should be obtained directly from the Agency selling the property.

3. DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY

The Website and its Content are provided on an “as is” basis. We do not offer any advice (investment, financial, or otherwise) regarding any content on our Website. Furthermore, we do not provide any warranties:

  • Of suitability for any purposes, compatibility, reliability, accuracy, completeness, access, or use, and the quality of the Content posted on our Website;
  • Of continuous operation of the Website, without interruptions or failures.

Any property value estimates found on our Website are for general informational purposes only and should not be used for any commercial transactions or similar purposes. These estimates are based on publicly available information and information provided by Agencies, which may be inaccurate or incomplete.

  • Any losses incurred as a result of using our property value estimates;
  • Any losses or damages suffered by Users in connection with the use or inability to use our Website or its Content;
  • Lost profits, sales, business reputation, or goodwill, business interruptions, and any indirect losses or damages;
  • The content of websites linked to on our Website, and these links should not be interpreted as our endorsement of those linked websites.

We may need to make the Website unavailable for technical maintenance, with or without notice.
