Requirements for Candidates:
- Experience in a Head of Sales position;
- Experience in personal sales of overseas property in Thailand;
- Strong management skills;
- English language skills at least at C1 level.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Quality control of the work of the assigned sales department group;
- Conduct training for staff;
- Motivating and promoting team spirit;
- Managing key accounts independently;
- Personal sales;
- Basic reporting.
