Recruitment

We sift through candidates with great care, so at each stage of interaction, we analyse their previous job roles, experience, and performance and collect recommendations.

The entire team is located across different parts of the world, so interviews with applicants who want to become part of the WRE team are conducted online using Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, BOTIM, and other means of communication. After successfully passing the HR interview and completing the test task, the candidate meets the line manager. If approved, they then meet the top manager.

Following the selection process, the applicant gets invited for a test week. The employee undergoes onboarding and training.

For key positions, applicants are assessed using the DISC tool, which gives the company a report on the candidate’s profile, providing multifactorial analysis and identifying their natural and adapted behaviour style. The candidate’s personal characteristics are compared with the position profile in the DISC system to see if they match. The applicant receives feedback based on the assessment results, which will help them better understand their characteristics and identify points of professional growth.

Training

Our candidates have the opportunity, at the company’s expense, to undergo a professional training course at the World Real Estate corporate university. You can quickly acquire the skills of online sales representatives, starting with basics, and also improve your competencies if you already have experience in foreign real estate.

The training is a mix of courses, assignments, and videos on the remote iSpring platform, as well as training sessions in mini-groups on Zoom.

The courses are developed by experienced mentors and are tailored to the specifics of the position and the international real estate sales market.

We discuss all applicants collectively. If all regulatory measures are successfully completed, the candidate receives a job offer. The HR department arranges the signing of the contract and NDA and supports the new employee during the probationary period.
